  We take pride in the quality of our products and value every one of our customers. That’s why we make our return and exchange process quick and easy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days, we hope you’ll let us try to fix that. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your weBoost product for a full refund. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. This includes both new and certified refurbished products.

  The process is easy: Call us at 1-866-294-1660, send us an email, or visit weBoost.com to chat with one of our Customer Support representatives about your return. Ship your weBoost product back to us (or back to the original seller if instructed), along with your proof of purchase. After your product has been returned, you will receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

  weBoost proudly includes a multi-year manufacturer's warranty on our boosters. We offer a 3-year warranty on all business cell signal boosters, and a 2-year warranty on all home and vehicle boosters. These products are warrantied for the stated duration against any workmanship or material defects. To take advantage of our manufacturer's warranty, you can simply return your weBoost kit to us, along with your dated proof of purchase. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. We will replace any defective parts and pay for the delivery of the replaced product back to you if you are located within North America.

  The fine print:

  Please note that our manufacturer's warranty does not apply to signal boosters or kits if we determine the product has been damaged by the customer. Please note that failure to use a surge-protected AC power strip with at least a 1,000-joule rating will void your warranty. After 90 days, we may replace products with refurbished products that have been completely recertified to conform to our product specifications. If you have any further questions about our warranty process, please contact Customer Support and one of our representatives will help you begin the process.

  Finally, our weBoost policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services on those products purchased only from an authorized Wilson Electronics dealer and that includes a receipt or proof of purchase. If you happened to have purchased a Wilson Electronics product from an unauthorized dealer, or if the original factory serial number has been removed or altered in any way, your Wilson Electronics warranty will not be valid.

  What does weBoost Sky do?

  weBoost Sky improves T-Satellite direct-to-device connectivity in your vehicle by strengthening the signal between your phone and the satellite network. It is designed to help messages send more reliably and reduce send times in areas where terrestrial cellular coverage is limited or unavailable. Field testing showed a 10–20 dB improvement in RSRP.

  How does Sky improve T-Satellite connectivity?

  Satellite communication creates a much larger link-budget challenge than a typical cell tower because the satellite is hundreds of miles away. The phone’s uplink is especially important: a smartphone transmits at roughly 200 mW, while Sky can increase uplink power to up to 1 watt.

  Can Sky work where there is no nearby cell tower?

  Yes. Sky is designed for T-Satellite direct-to-device service, so the connection does not depend on being within range of a conventional terrestrial cell tower. Actual service availability still depends on T-Satellite coverage, device compatibility, and environmental conditions.

  Does Sky boost normal 4G or 5G cellular service?

  No. Sky is designed specifically for supported T-Satellite direct-to-device signals. It is not a replacement for a traditional weBoost cellular booster such as Drive Reach, which is designed to improve conventional cellular signals from terrestrial towers.

  What phone and service do I need to use Sky?

  Sky requires a compatible device and active T-Mobile service that supports T-Satellite direct-to-device connectivity.

  How do I know Sky is working?

  Customers can verify performance using the weBoost app:

  • With Sky off, record the phone’s RSRP signal reading.
  • Turn Sky on and wait approximately 30 seconds.
  • Take another reading and compare the results.

  Testing showed approximately 10–20 dB RSRP improvement and 4–5 dB SNR improvement. The app reads the measurement automatically on Android; on iPhone it guides users through Field Test Mode.

  How is Sky different from Drive Reach or Dash?

  All weBoost boosters, including Drive Reach and Dash, amplify Band 25, the same band T-Satellite uses for direct-to-device service. So they can also strengthen supported T-Satellite signal.

  Sky is purpose-built specifically for T-Satellite, with its design and antenna placement optimized for that use case.

  Choose Sky when T-Satellite connectivity is the priority. Choose Drive Reach or Dash when you want broader everyday cellular signal improvement across major U.S. carriers, with T-Satellite support as an added benefit where available.

  How is weBoost Sky installed and powered?

  Sky uses an external vehicle antenna with the booster and inside antenna integrated into the system, eliminating the need for a separate booster box to mount. It plugs into the vehicle’s 12V outlet using the included USB-C cigarette-lighter adapter and draws less than 5 watts of power. An adhesive plate is included for installation on aluminum vehicles.

  Does Sky boost Starlink Internet or Wi-Fi?

  No. Sky is for T-Satellite direct-to-device connectivity, not a Starlink internet terminal or the Wi-Fi network created by one.
